Classic Vietnamese rice pancakes for spring rolls. Contains 14-16 sheets. Vietnamese spring rolls are fresh, delicious and easy to make with blue dragon spring wrappers! Just fill with your choice of veggies, meat or seafood.
Ingredients
Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Water, Salt
Directions
Preparation: 1. Place wrapper into warm water until it is pliable (about 15 seconds). 2. Remove and blot on a damp lea towel. 3. Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper. 4. Fold over the bottom and sides. 5. Roll wrapper upwards to form a neat roll shape. Serve immediately or deep-fry for about 2 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened put in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
