Brussels Sprouts, Carrots, Soybean Oil, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Sea Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Dehydrated Onion, Black Pepper, Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Parsley, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Lemon Juice Solids, Yeast Extract, Lemon Oil.

Directions
Cook thoroughly. Conventional Oven Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Place frozen contents in a single layer on prepared pan and position on middle oven rack. 3. Roast 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through. Oven temperatures vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. No hassle prep. For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen – do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Cooking in toaster oven not recommended.
