Directions
Do not thaw – Cook thoroughly. See cooking instructions. No Hassle Prep: For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen – do no thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Conventional Oven Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Place frozen contents in a single layer on prepared pan and position on middle oven rack. 3. Roast 18 to 22 minutes or until golden browns, stirring halfway through. Oven temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Cooking in toaster oven not recommended.

Chef Tip: Sprinkle hot fully cooked vegetables with shredded parmesan cheese.
