Barilla Red Lentil Rotini pasta contains 25 grams of plant based protein and 11 grams of fiber in each 3.5-ounce serving while offering a deliciously distinctive red lentil flavor. It’s also certified gluten free and non-GMO, with no gums or additives of any kind.
Red Lentil pasta cooks just like traditional pasta. Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil for 8-10 minutes.

Directions
1. Boil 4-6 quarts of salted water.
2. Add pasta and boil for 7 minutes + 1 or 2 extra minutes for more tender pasta.
3. Drain well.
4. Pair with your favorite vegetables + olive oil or top with barilla sauce!
Tip: Stir 1/2 cup pasta water into sauce for best results.
