BARILLA Protein Plus pasta cooks just like traditional pasta! Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil for 7-9 minutes. We love to cook our pasta for 7 minutes, but you can add 1-2 extra minutes for more tender pasta.

Ingredients
Semolina (wheat), Durum Wheat Flour, Lentil Flour, Pea Protein, Chickpea Flour, Barley Flour, Spelt Flour, Vitamins/minerals: Vitamin B3 (niacin), Iron (ferrous Sulfate), Vitamin B1 (thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Folic Acid

Directions
1. Bring 4–6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water.

2. For authentic al dente” pasta, boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1–2 minutes.

3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
