Gluten free pasta cooks just like traditional pasta! Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil uncovered for 7 minutes. We love to cook our rotini for 7 minutes for a true “Al Dente” texture, but you can add 1 extra minute for more tender pasta.

Directions
Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way.
1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water.
2. For authentic al dente pasta, boil for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.
3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.”
