Cooked Meatloaf (beef, Pork, Onions, Oats, Eggs, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Water, Parsley), Cauliflower, Water, Green Beans, Fire Roasted Zucchini, Portobello Mushrooms, Less Than 2% Of Half And Half (milk, Cream), Rendered Bacon Fat (cured With Water, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Beef Broth Flavor (beef Broth, Flavor, Salt), Beef Base (roasted Beef Including Beef Juices, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Potato Flour, Dry Whey, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor, Corn Oil, Paprika), Modified Food Starch, Resistant Maltodextrin, Salt, Caramel Color, Xanthan Gum, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Soy Lecithin, Yeast Extract.

Directions
Cook thoroughly. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen: do not thaw. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F before eating. Ovens and wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Read and follow the cooking instructions. Microwave Instructions (1100 watts): (1) Do not pierce or vent film. (2) Cook on high for 5 min. (3) Remove film. Stir vegetables, rotate meatloaf 180 degrees, spoon gravy on top & replace film. (4) Cook on high again for 2 min. (5) Let stand 1-2 min. carefully remove film. Product will be hot. See side panel for food safety and quality instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F before eating. Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Do not reheat the tray.
