Microwave Heating: 1. Peel back cover at designated corner. 2. Heat on high for 1 minute (Time is based on 1200 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate). 3. Peel of rest of film. Enjoy the goodness! Caution! Contents are hot after heating. Handle with care. Recommended to let stand for 30 seconds before removing from microwave. Stovetop Heating: 1. Cook unopened bowl in boiling water for 10 minutes. 2. Remove cover and serve.
