Alsace, France- Still quite discreet, the nose is very fine and complex, harmoniously combining floral notes with hints of fresh fruits. Delicate aromas of white peach and pear. On the palate, it is very easy to drink, very fresh and has finesse. Great with poultry or as an aperitif.
