Ukraine – This Brut sparkling wine consists of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose has primary notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. There are soft flavors of green apple and peach in the mouth with gentle persistent bubbles.
