Amy’s Pad Thai and Thai Red Curry have been so popular with our customers that we were thrilled when our friend, who created the recipes, came to us with a recipe for another Thai dish, Thai Green Curry. We simmer organic fire roasted sweet potatoes and red bell peppers with organic green beans, yellow zucchini and tofu in our unique house-made curry sauce, then serve it over fragrant jasmine rice. The result is so delicious that we know you’ll be as delighted with this dish as we are.

Ingredients
Organic Jasmine Rice, Organic Coconut Milk (organic Coconut, Water), Organic Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Organic Yellow Zucchini, Organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Filtered Water, Organic Green Beans, Organic Tamari (water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness], Salt) Organic Carrots, Organic Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Sauteed Onions (organic Onions, Organic Sunflower Oil), Organic Spinach, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Basil, Organic Water Chestnuts, Organic Brown Sugar, Organic Jalapeno Peppers, Organic Cilantro, Sea Salt, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Red Onions, Spices, Organic Garlic, Black Pepper.

Directions
OVENS MAY VARY.

Microwave Oven Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir curry. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Toaster Oven Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
