Amy’s original Lentil Soup is so well-loved that we created another. This one is full of organic green beans, tomatoes and spinach in a hearty, flavorful lentil-based soup. We hope you like it as much as we do.

Ingredients
Filtered Water, Organic Onions, Organic Green Lentils, Organic Carrots, Organic Celery, Organic Potatoes, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Organic Spinach, Organic Green Beans, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Balsamic Vinegar (organic Wine Vinegar, Organic Grape Must), Organic Black Pepper, Organic Spices, Bay Leaves.

Directions
Directions: Shake before opening. Ovens may vary.

Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1-1/2-2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
