Organic Rice Pasta (organic Rice Flour, Water), Organic Lowfat Milk, Organic Cauliflower, White Cheddar And Monterey Jack Cheeses (pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Butter (cream, Salt), Organic Rice Flour, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Onions, Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Sea Salt, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Potatoes, Organic Cane Sugar, Mustard Powder, Organic High Oleic Safflower And/ Or Sunflower Oil, Yeast, Organic Potato Flour, Spices, Organic Rice Bran Extract.

Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Do not remove overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 15 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
