Noodles, a staple of Chinese cookery, are served in popular “noodle houses” all over the world. Each “house” offers its own variations. What they have in common is noodles: oodles of them…wheat noodles, rice noodles, mung bean noodles in all shapes…fat, thin, flat and curly. What distinguishes one dish from another is what goes in with the noodles, and what goes in with the rice noodles in Amy’s noodle meal is distinctive. Baked tofu, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, julienned carrots and lots of other organic vegetables are immersed in sauce. Once again, it’s the sauce that makes the difference. We’ve taken a traditional sauce and added cashew butter to create a sauce to top a meal so delicious your guests might make your house the “noodle house” of your neighborhood.

Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3-1/2 – 4-1/2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
