This bowl is one of those…a balanced combination of organic brown rice and organic broccoli and carrots in a tasty ginger sauce, along with slowly simmered black-eyed peas. It has the flavor of slow-cooked food with the convenience of frozen, and it’s dairy free and gluten free as well. Amy’s dad eats this at any time of the day and loves it. We hope you will too.

Organic Brown Rice, Filtered Water, Organic Black-eyed Peas, Organic Broccoli, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Organic Carrots, Organic Onions, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Tamari (water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness], Salt), Organic Cilantro, Organic Ginger Puree (organic Ginger, Filtered Water), Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Spices.
Directions
OVENS MAY VARY.
MICROWAVE OVEN Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 2½ more minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve.
TOASTER OVEN Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
