Amy’s Asian Dumpling Bowl was inspired by a dish we tried on one of our trips through Singapore. After years of work in our chef’s test kitchen, we’ve crafted our own version of this savory dish using organic garlic, onions, carrots and ginger, carefully folded into delicate dumplings. Then we gently lay them on top of organic noodles and our special house-made tofu. We finish off the dish with a rich and savory hoisin sauce that will surely leave you smiling.

Organic Pasta (organic Unbleached Durum Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Durum Wheat Flour, Filtered Water), Organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Broccoli, Organic Green Beans, Organic Tamari (water, Organic Soybeans, Salt, Organic Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness]), Organic Carrots, Filtered Water, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Miso (organic Soybeans, Organic Rice, Sea Salt, Water, Koji Spores), Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Cabbage, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Onions, Organic Kale, Organic Celery, Organic Cilantro, Organic Brown Rice Vinegar (water, Organic Brown Rice, Koji Spores), Organic Cornstarch, Organic Ginger Purée (organic Ginger, Filtered Water), Organic Garlic, Organic Toasted Sesame Seed Oil, Spices, Black Pepper.
Directions
Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Do not remove overwrap. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
