Highlands – This single malt has aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks for the full term. A deep golden color with floral aromatics and ripe apple notes found on the nose. The palate is filled with flavors of caramel, baked fruit, and finishes with fresh pear. Silver -SFWSC
