Potstickers: Filling: Cabbage, Pork, Contains Less than 2% of: Green Onions, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Ginger, Sesame Seed Oil, Garlic, Spice, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Canola), Salt, Wrapper: Wheat Flour, Water, Corn Starch, Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Canola), Sauce: Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Molasses, Caramel Color), Sugar, Vinegar, Chili Sauce (Jalapeno Puree, Chili Flake, Crushed Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, Modified Food Starch), Cottonseed Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Sodium Benzoate Added as a Preservative.
Directions
Keep frozen. Heating Instructions: To Prepare Sauce: Remove sauce packet; place packet in warm water to thaw. Skillet (recommended): 1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a non-stick skillet; coat skillet evenly. 2. Place frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between potstickers. 3. Add water (see chart below). Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on medium-high heat for 8 minutes. 4 Uncover. Continue to heat until water has evaporated and bottoms of potstickers are lightly browned. Do not move potstickers while browning. Skillet Size (Water) – 8-inch (1/2 cup); 10-inch (2/3 cup); 12-inch (1 cup). Boil & Brown: Traditional Method. 1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add frozen potstickers and stir. 3. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain. Brown if desired. To Brown (optional): 1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a non-stick skillet. Turn heat to medium. 2. Place boiled potstickers flat-side down and heat until golden brown. Microwave: 1. Place 5 frozen potstickers in a microwave-safe dish and cover with hot water. 2. Microwave on high (based on a 1200 watt microwave.) for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Careful, water will be hot! 3. Brown, if desired, as shown above. Important: Appliances may vary. Adjustments may be necessary to heat thoroughly. Keep frozen until ready to use. Store unused potstickers in resealable container in freezer.
